Jingle Bear 5k

Jingle Bear Run/Walk is a fun and festive way to kick off your holidays by helping others! Wear a holiday themed costume. Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces (we supply the bells). Run or walk a 5 kilometer route along the beautiful shore of White Bear Lake and celebrate the season by bringing a non-perishable food item for the White Bear Lake Food shelf. Afterwards enjoy a breakfast buffet at the VFW or stroll through downtown White Bear Lake and join in the fun activities that are part of the White Bear Lake Winter Fest.

BEAR'ly Open Community Winter Dance Party

Stop by the BEAR'ly Open Community Dance party, which will take place on Friday night, January 2oth. Take the chill off a winter's evening by kicking up your heels at this annual fundraising dance. Live music and a cash bar will be featured.
Tickets are $8 at the door and all proceeds from the dance go to the White Bear Lake Emergency Food Shelf.

BEAR'ly Open Golf Tournament

Come join hundreds of hardy golfers at the 5th Annual BEAR'ly Open Golf tournament, which will be held on the frozen waters of White Bear Lake. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the White Bear Lake Food Shelf. This official Winter Carnival event will be fabulous winter fun. Two 9-hole courses will be set up, with the tee-off and finish occurring at the Ramsey County Beach. Games and refreshments will be offered at each of the 18-holes. Tickets are $30 for Adults, and $15 for Students. A Community Dance will be held after the BEAR'ly Open. Dance starts at 8pm, and will be held at the White Bear Country Inn.

This project was funded in part or in whole with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008 which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota's art and cultural heritage. The Arts & Crafts Boutique features local artists, crafters and collectors displaying and selling handcrafted goods, artwork, vintage goods, antiques, and collectibles. Northeast Metro 916 students will display and sell personal artwork to raise money for their program and the foundation. There are also kid's crafts, guest speakers, a coffee cart, and more!
